Vincent Froncek
Long Term Care Specialist
Vincent Froncek is a seasoned healthcare provider, licensed Nurse Practitioner, and a licensed insurance professional with over 25 years of experience delivering compassionate care during medical emergencies and chronic illness exacerbations. With a career that spans public service and private healthcare, he has built a longstanding reputation for serving others with dedication and integrity. Vincent provides personalized Long Term Care Insurance planning services on a complementary basis, by appointment.
Vincent began his career as a paramedic in his twenties while earning his degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Driven by a desire to expand his impact in healthcare, he pursued further education in nursing, becoming a Registered Nurse. His early career was filled with dynamic and demanding roles in emergency medicine, critical care, and air medical transport. To this day, he continues to serve part-time as a flight nurse with the NJ State Police Search and Rescue air medical unit.
In his early thirties, Vincent returned to academia, earning a Master of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University in Boston, with a specialization in Acute and Geriatric Care. While there, he also pursued elective studies in healthcare business development and administration, sparking his interest in entrepreneurship.
That entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found and operate a senior home care company, where he guided families in securing essential care and resources for their aging loved ones. It was through this work that Vincent recognized the ongoing challenge seniors face in accessing financial support for necessary services. This realization deepened his commitment to helping others prepare for the financial realities of aging and unforeseen health events.
After successfully growing and eventually selling his business, Vincent remained deeply engaged in healthcare. His journey was briefly redirected during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he returned to the front lines, working tirelessly in intensive care units to support patients in crisis.
Now, with decades of experience in both medical and business settings, Vincent is focused on bridging the gap between health care and financial preparedness. He understands that many individuals nearing retirement are unprepared for unexpected events—and he’s passionate about changing that. Leveraging his clinical expertise and business acumen, Vincent now works to promote both physical wellness and financial security, helping clients build comprehensive plans for the future. As he often says, “Being prepared is the first step to weathering the storm when the unforeseen arrives.”
Outside of his professional life, Vincent enjoys time with his wife Caitlin and their three children - twins Dylan and Charlotte, and their younger daughter Aurora. The Froncek's have made their home in beautiful Monmouth County, NJ, where they enjoy the coastal lifestyle while remaining close to New York City, Caitlin’s hometown. An avid aviator, Vincent often takes to the skies, sharing the wonder of general aviation with others and exploring the region from above.
